Outliers Collective is San Diego County’s first licensed medical cannabis dispensary, and has been in continuous operation at their location on Wing Avenue in El Cajon since 2014. We are managed by OutCo, which is a fully licensed cultivator and extractor of medical cannabis. Rooted in science while embracing wellness, OutCo provides the highest quality products to our patient-members, and over 50% of the cannabis in the collective is grown on-site by OutCo.
